The Tennessee Chiropractic Association Political Action Committee (TCA-PAC) is the committee which supports state candidates running for State House or Senate.

TCA PAC serves as YOUR voice on the Hill!  Through your support, the TCA can continue to fight exclusively for the chiropractic profession and the patients it serves by working to elect members to the TN General Assembly who understand our unique perspective, who have a record of supporting chiropractic bills and are willing to champion our causes on the record.

The TCA’s legislative successes over the past 5 years have protected your scope of practice, gained chiropractic rights and are saving chiropractors over $500,000 annually! Here are just a few of these successes:

  • Eliminated the Professional Privilege Tax for DCs ($10,000 plus lifetime savings, per doctor over a 25 yr. career)
  • Removed the costly Massage Establishment License requirement for DCs
  • Included chiropractic within the definition of Alternative Treatments to Opioids in TN law
  • Passed Animal Chiropractic legislation and strengthened laws protecting the title of chiropractic
  • Ensured that chiropractic physicians remained essential workers in Tennessee when they were not in other states
  • Secured inclusion of chiropractic care in the statewide TennCare program with continued engagement toward full, consistent implementation of coverage
  • Currently making great gains in support toward Fair Pay legislation and other initiatives to help you succeed and better care for your community
